1. Job Description:
Business & Market Strategy
- Develop business strategies aligned with 6-month, 1-year, and 3-year roadmap.
- Design and implement a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for XR Metaverse products.
- Build and optimize diversified revenue models such as Subscription, In-App Purchase (IAP), and Digital Currency (SAVAX).
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Define and achieve ambitious revenue targets, with a particular focus on >50% YoY growth.
- Drive growth in paid users (ARPPU, LTV) through B2B2C campaigns.
- Proactively source, approach, and build B2B/B2B2C partnerships; negotiate with potential enterprise-level clients to expand product reach and user base.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation, solution presentation, contract negotiation to deal closing and long-term relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients across technology, gaming studios, AI, blockchain, entertainment networks and other industries with high Metaverse/XR potential.
Partnership Development
- Establish 10–15+ strategic partnerships with domestic and international players (US & North America – Tier1/SEA/APAC).
- Set up representative offices or distribution channels in the US/North America within 18–24 months.
- Build connections with technology associations (VRARA, IEEE VR, Metaverse Standards Forum) and represent the company at major industry conferences (CES, GDC, SXSW).
Team Leadership & Operations
- Recruit, mentor, train and manage a high-performing sales and business development team capable of achieving aggressive targets.
- Establish and refine sales processes, CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce), pipeline management and reporting systems to ensure operational excellence.
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, MBA, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, particularly in technology, SaaS, gaming or digital platforms.
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Sales Director/Head of BD) at regional or global-scale companies.
- Having experience working in or establishing markets in the US/North America (strong advantage).
- Demonstrated track record of scaling markets and driving revenue growth >50% YoY.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) across technology, gaming, XR, with expertise in US, North America, Vietnam, and SEA markets.
- Deep knowledge of platform economy, ecosystem building, and revenue models (Subscription, IAP, Digital Currency).
- Strong passion and knowledge of Metaverse, Extended Reality (XR – VR/AR/MR), Web3 and emerging tech trends.
- Good at English (Proficient all 4 skills).
- Startup mindset: agile, KPI-driven, proactive, and decisive in achieving ambitious growth goals.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building.

Working hours: From 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Design, develop documentation, and optimize the game.
Develop cross-platform 3D/AR/VR software and applications using Unity.
Develop, program and build games using the Unity engine across multiple platforms, including mobile and PC.
Responsibility for developing and executing the comprehensive business strategy for the company’s XR Metaverse products.
Develop and maintain automated data reporting systems through partners’ APIs & data sources.
Build and manage tracking systems to collect user behavior, monetization, retention, and engagement data.
Use Unity to develop a cross-platform editor software for map creation and scenario building in games.
Optimize UI to ensure the best performance and user experience.
Collaborate closely with other development teams to integrate UI into the overall application.
