Game Data System:
- Develop and maintain automated data reporting systems through partners’ APIs & data sources.
- Build and manage tracking systems to collect user behavior, monetization, retention, and engagement data.
- Analyze user data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for game optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments to improve game design, UX/UI, and in-game economy.
- Work with external partners to debug and resolve data discrepancies.
Data Optimization Between Product & Marketing:
- Develop and maintain templated data report files to support both product and marketing teams.
- Create and optimize data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow between game performance metrics and marketing campaigns.
- Find new ways to collect, process, and report data from multiple sources to improve decision-making.
- Automate data tracking for marketing attribution, campaign performance, and user acquisition analysis.
- Provide insights to help marketing teams optimize budget allocation, targeting strategies, and user retention.
- Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in the game industry.
- Experience working with both product and marketing teams to optimize data workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R for data processing and analysis.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, etc.).
- Familiarity with data tracking platforms such as Firebase, GameAnalytics, Adjust, Appsflyer.
- Ability to build dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of A/B Testing, user behavior analysis, and segmentation.
- Experience with API integration for data automation.
- Background in Machine Learning/Data Science is a plus.

Use Unity to develop a cross-platform editor software for map creation and scenario building in games.
Optimize UI to ensure the best performance and user experience.
Collaborate closely with other development teams to integrate UI into the overall application.
Develop cross-platform 3D/AR/VR software and applications using Unity.
Use networking engines to build multiplayer applications.
Participate in the development process from the idea stage.
Develop 3D games on the Unity platform.
Build, program, and deploy games using Unity for Mobile, PC, and supported devices.
Collaborate directly with Product team members (Game Designers, Artists, Testers, Animators, etc.) and the Marketing (User Acquisition) and Business Analyst departments to develop, operate, and optimize products.
Design gameplay, including game mechanics (all rules and parameters in the game) and game elements (characters, weapons) for mobile games.
Design the in-game economy: monetization models, item pricing, and advertisements.
Monitor game metrics after launch, analyze and evaluate data, and make appropriate adjustments to improve or refine the product to meet the preferences and desires of players.
Design interfaces, UI/UX, icons, banners, etc., for the company’s game projects.
Advise and provide optimal interface solutions to improve the player experience.
Handle other media publications, paint over 3D rendered images (cover art, etc.).
