<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Job Description:</h3>



<p><strong>Business &amp; Market Strategy</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Develop business strategies aligned with 6-month, 1-year, and 3-year roadmap.</li>



<li>Design and implement a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for XR Metaverse products.</li>



<li>Build and optimize diversified revenue models such as Subscription, In-App Purchase (IAP), and Digital Currency (SAVAX).</li>
</ul>



<p><strong><strong>Business Development &amp; Revenue Growth</strong></strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Define and achieve ambitious revenue targets, with a particular focus on &gt;50% YoY growth.</li>



<li>Drive growth in paid users (ARPPU, LTV) through B2B2C campaigns.</li>



<li>Proactively source, approach, and build B2B/B2B2C partnerships; negotiate with potential enterprise-level clients to expand product reach and user base.</li>



<li>Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation, solution presentation, contract negotiation to deal closing and long-term relationship management.</li>



<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients across technology, gaming studios, AI, blockchain, entertainment networks and other industries with high Metaverse/XR potential.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Partnership Development</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Establish 10–15+ strategic partnerships with domestic and international players (US &amp; North America – Tier1/SEA/APAC).</li>



<li>Set up representative offices or distribution channels in the US/North America within 18–24 months.</li>



<li>Build connections with technology associations (VRARA, IEEE VR, Metaverse Standards Forum) and represent the company at major industry conferences (CES, GDC, SXSW).</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Operations</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Recruit, mentor, train and manage a high-performing sales and business development team capable of achieving aggressive targets.</li>



<li>Establish and refine sales processes, CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce), pipeline management and reporting systems to ensure operational excellence.</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Requirements:</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, MBA, or a related field.</li>



<li>Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, particularly in technology, SaaS, gaming or digital platforms.</li>



<li>At least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Sales Director/Head of BD) at regional or global-scale companies.</li>



<li>Having experience working in or establishing markets in the US/North America (strong advantage).</li>



<li>Demonstrated track record of scaling markets and driving revenue growth &gt;50% YoY.</li>



<li>Strong understanding of GTM strategies (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) across technology, gaming, XR, with expertise in US, North America, Vietnam, and SEA markets.</li>



<li>Deep knowledge of platform economy, ecosystem building, and revenue models (Subscription, IAP, Digital Currency).</li>



<li>Strong passion and knowledge of Metaverse, Extended Reality (XR – VR/AR/MR), Web3 and emerging tech trends.</li>



<li>Good at English (Proficient all 4 skills).</li>



<li>Startup mindset: agile, KPI-driven, proactive, and decisive in achieving ambitious growth goals.</li>



<li>Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building.</li>
</ul>
