• Define game requirements based on client (investor) requests or the Game Designer’s own product direction.
• Conduct target audience research; propose game ideas, content direction, and overall game concepts.
• Develop the game storyline, characters, and game world.
• Design gameplay mechanics, level progression, and user interface (UI).
• Collaborate with Game Development, Art, and Audio teams to complete and optimize the product.
• Conduct playtesting to iterate, adjust, and improve player experience.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in game design, with mid-core, hybrid casual, or casual games published on the App Store and/or Google Play (games with high downloads and strong user engagement are preferred).
• Ability to analyze and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of any game and propose improvement solutions.
• Strong capability in interpreting and analyzing user data.
• Ability to create and develop game concepts from scratch.
• Experience in level design and in-game parameter balancing.

Game Data System:

• Develop and maintain automated data reporting systems through partners’ APIs & data sources.
