• Write Game Design Documents and detailed game scripts.
  • Develop and maintain game mechanics.
  • Analyze and design levels, balancing in-game resources and social aspects of the game.
  • Build, manage, and adjust the game’s economy, pricing virtual goods, and monitoring the balance between gameplay elements and monetization.
• Collaborate with Developers, Artists, and other team members to develop the product.

2. Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience with hyper-hybrid and 3D games; preference for candidates who have participated in multiplayer or MMORPG projects.
• Proficient in game design software and tools.
• Strong skills in game design, including Game Elements, Game Mechanics, and Game Balancing.
• Knowledgeable about the gaming market, trends, and player psychology.
• Having a game published on a store is a significant advantage.
• Experience as a Game Designer for foreign companies is a plus.
• Proficient in English.

Other Requirements:

• Extensive gaming experience, with a passion and determination to pursue a career in Game Design.
• Proactive, ambitious, and positive work attitude.
• Creative, imaginative, and logical thinking skills in game design and mathematics.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience as a PO/PM is an advantage.
