<p><strong>1. Job Description</strong></p>



<p><strong>Recruitment (60%):</strong> Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Advising the Department Head on the annual recruitment plan and developing recruitment strategies.</li>



<li>Receiving recruitment needs. Working with Hiring Managers to clarify position requirements, candidate profiles, and develop implementation plans.</li>



<li>Posting job openings, screening candidates, checking candidate information, and preparing for interviews.</li>



<li>Developing the employer brand on platforms such as social media, LinkedIn, etc.</li>



<li>Managing, maintaining, and ensuring up-to-date data, metrics, and detailed information regarding recruitment activities.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Training (20%):</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Surveying training needs of employees. Developing internal training plans.</li>



<li>Creating onboarding materials and training programs for new employees, and accompanying and supporting new hires during their probation period.</li>



<li>Assisting in performance management and employee development.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Other HR Tasks (20%):</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Participating in the development of internal operational processes.</li>



<li>Implementing communication activities, internal programs, and events to promote corporate culture and strengthen team cohesion.</li>



<li>Performing other administrative HR tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.</li>
</ul>



<p>Reporting directly to the HR Manager.</p>



<p><strong>2. Candidate Requirements</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.</li>



<li>At least 2 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience in the IT industry.</li>



<li>In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.</li>



<li>Familiarity with various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, and Boolean search techniques).</li>



<li>Knowledge of candidate insights and creating candidate experiences; data analysis skills.</li>



<li>Skills: problem-solving; relationship building and good communication; event organization.</li>



<li>Positive mindset, friendly and approachable; meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.</li>



<li>Knowledge of Labor Law.</li>



<li>Proficient in using workspaces such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.</li>



<li>English proficiency is an advantage.</li>
</ul>
