  • Job Description
    • Generate ideas, sketch, and design character concepts, props, and environments for the game based on project requirements (3D game targeting the global market).
    • Create artworks for loading screens, splash screens, and marketing materials.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.
    • Ensure design standards are met, adhere to the workflow process, and maintain commitment to deadlines.

    1. Candidate Requirements
    • Experience: At least 2 years in the field of game art concept.
    • Experience in producing casual and midcore 3D games is an advantage.
    • Education: A degree in design or fine arts is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of basic graphics, composition, color, and 3D forms, along with an understanding of art style trends in film and games is a significant advantage.
    • Design thinking: Creative, user-friendly, and distinctive.
    • Proficient in design software such as Photoshop; basic 3D application skills for concept work are a plus.
    • Skilled in using Wacom drawing tablets.
    • Experience in digital painting is a plus.
    • High sense of responsibility, proactive in work, good time management skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and openness to feedback as well as contributing ideas to the team.
    • Willing to learn new knowledge to adapt to trends.
