1. Job Description

• Manage and build the Art team: 2D, 3D, and Tech Art to implement Game and Metaverse projects for the company, focusing on international market-oriented projects.
• Oversee the artistic direction and concept development for products. Organize presentations and defend artistic ideas for projects.
• Responsible for assessing the artistic quality and graphic design progress of the products.
• Support business and technical units in evaluating product feasibility.
• Plan, assign tasks, and manage project timelines from concept to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Guide, train, and develop the design team, ensuring each member maximizes their creative potential.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the company’s management.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Art Design and over 2 years in a management position.
• Ability to build, develop, manage, and coordinate teams of over 10 Art personnel.
• Strong artistic creativity and the ability to inspire the team to deliver innovative and high-quality designs.
• Passion for gaming, with extensive knowledge of the gaming industry. Experience with successful products in the mobile and PC game market is an advantage.
• Leadership and management skills, capable of motivating and driving employee creativity.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and adapt easily.
• Proficient in design and project management tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects, Unity, Jira, ClickUp, Mindmap, etc.

Working hours: From 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
