1. Job Description
- Build, manage, and lead the technology team, fostering a collaborative culture to achieve outstanding results.
- Define the long-term technology roadmap and align it with the company’s overall business goals.
- Select and implement advanced technologies in virtual reality, augmented reality, game development, and related fields.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, coding, and testing.
- Responsible for deploying and operating software systems and server/network infrastructure.
- Establish operational processes and regulations; implement solutions to ensure the highest standards of quality, security, and system performance.
- Collaborate with other company leaders (CEO, Game Designers) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Keep up with emerging trends in VR, gaming, and related technologies.Manage and optimize technical infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
2. Candidate Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role and software service development.
- Experience in top technology companies, successfully delivering game or VR development projects.
- Deep understanding of VR development platforms, game tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal), and related technologies (AR, AI) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Experience operating services and systems at a scale of millions of customers is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about VR and gaming, with a deep understanding of current and future trends.
- A visionary leader who can inspire and drive a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience building and operating online game services and systems at a scale of millions of customers is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of VR development platforms, game tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal), and related technologies (AR, AI) is a plus.
- Best practices in cybersecurity for online games.
- Experience in DevOps, operating large infrastructures, and managing large databases is a plus.

Working hours: From 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
