Team building Sam Son 2023 marked the beginning of an exciting summer travel season for SAVA Company. This team building activity offered participants a chance to explore and experience the breathtaking natural beauty of Sam Son Beach, Thanh Hoa, while immersing themselves in the local culture and traditions. Most importantly, it served as a platform to boost employee bonding and enhance teamwork skills.
On May 2025, the leadership and staff of SAVA Company planned the SAVA team building event at Sam Son Beach, Thanh Hoa. The summer SAVA Company event combined visits to Thanh Hoa’s iconic tourist attractions with exciting beachside team building activities. Some employees shared that, while this wasn’t their first time visiting Sam Son Beach, the collective experience of this SAVA activity made them eager and excited to participate.
“Every year, SAVA Company organizes travel events to foster inter-departmental bonding and enhance teamwork skills, which also contributes to building our corporate culture. I’ve been to Sam Son before and was really impressed. This time, I’m looking forward to enjoying new and exciting experiences with my colleagues,” shared a SAVA team member.
Outdoor activities like this are no strangers to SAVA employees. The destination for this year’s SAVA team building event was the renowned Sam Son Beach, located 180 km south of Hanoi in Thanh Hoa. Known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam, Sam Son boasts a 10 km stretch of fine white sand, clear blue waters, and pristine natural scenery. In addition to swimming, participants in the SAVA Company activity could engage in fun recreational activities such as sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, seafood harvesting, and even water sliding.
This year’s SAVA team building event was designed in collaboration with a professional travel agency. The organizing team curated a variety of scenarios and dozens of games to ensure the activities were fresh, engaging, and aligned with SAVA’s corporate culture. The diverse activities encouraged teamwork, creative thinking, and communication, fostering stronger connections across departments.
The evening of May 13 featured a gala dinner, where all employees gathered for an intimate and festive celebration. Attendees enjoyed fresh local seafood from Thanh Hoa’s coastal region, recharging after an active day outdoors and unwinding from work-related stress.
Reflecting on the SAVA team building Sam Son 2023 trip, many employees expressed their appreciation for this SAVA Company event. According to participants, the experience brought everyone closer together, enabling them to share joyful moments and gain valuable lessons.
